How is it that you guys still dont have weekly sales numbers?

When servers release shifts to be picked up, it does not tell you whos shift you are picking up. So when servers go to trade and there are multiple shifts available for that day, you dont know if you are picking up the right one. There isnt even a discussion board to communicate.

The only problem I have (which is a big one) is that we cant see what time we get off work. Even the managers are not able to put that time in.

I received the email to download the app with a username and password and once I was in the app it tells me it has no information regarding schedules even though it recognizes me and my employer. I tried to call support and they were no help. The initial number I dialed a tech referred me to call another number. At the second number I was passed along to four different technicians who would not help me. The last technician I spoke to told me that someone would have to call me "when they have time to help me". What use is customer service if the technicians are u able to support you? Or, are they too lazy to help you and just pass you along hoping that you wont bother them again??The app recognized my login information and my corporate identity. Theres no reason why it should not have been able to provide me with my work schedules. I have seen the hardcopies of my work schedules at work so I know they exist. The app is inept and the customer service technicians are deplorable.

Pulse is going to be a game changer and a trend setter. I cant wait to share the tool with current and new customers.

Real time, actionable information is now available for restaurant professionals. Running todays business with yesterdays information is so lame. Bring on Pulse and seize control of your business!

Works fantastic! Can see all the key metrics for my restaurant in realtime! Also connected to social media (Facebook & Twitter) so any time someone comments on us it alerts my I-phone. Great product for Aloha POS!

The best of the best just got much better. Ive been an Aloha user for years and love the product, but Pulse just blows me away. It truly takes Aloha to a new level. Very impressive how fast the data hits your iPhone. Cant wait to see what comes next.

So far so good, only been using this for the past week and so far the management team are satisfied with the data Pulse is presenting us. We cant wait for Restaurant Guard to get going, were in the new era and this tool will help us improve service.

This is the most productive tool I have ever seen or used in helping me manage my restaurant. The fact that I can see everything in real time as it is happening still blows me away. Great support from their techs as well! Thanks !

This app is a very good app in terms of providing basic yet essential information for your restaurant. I would like to see more information such as Customizable Time Frames for all this data. Also iPhone 5 support would be useful.

I really find this app very useful and helpful for productivity. Updates are great as well. A few items that would be helpful. The ability to see weekly and period sales numbers and labor information. It would also be great to be alerted to record sales for an hour, day part, daily, weekly, ect.

This tool does everything you need and more. We own 3 bars and 1 restaurant so this makes life easy and convenient. Sign up for trial month you wont be disappointed. Love being at the beach checking sales;)

Keep having to uninstall & re-install. Gets stuck in lock passcode mode. Please fix! App was great, now completely useless.

4th time Ive had to re install. Gets stuck at login and kicks me out. 1st time it happened, my business partner said Oh Yeah, this happens all the time to me, just delete the app and reinstall it Yeah, sure I will, thats not too much of a pain in the a-- Im sure this is not just happening to me.

NCR really knocked it out of the park with this tool. Real time labor reports, sales, forecast, suspicious transaction notices, and too much too list on top of that. To really know whats going on throughout the day in your day to day, this is a must have tool.

Newest update wont let me login. Goes back to login page immediately after showing sales screen. Otherwise, I love it

Monthly fee is a little high for smaller operations, but Pulse is a great program for checking in on your place when you cant physically be there.

I love this app on my iPad, but it keeps crashing on my iPhone c.
