Update 2/14/16:
I honestly have no idea how this company remains in business. As a franchisee, Im required to use their "services". I wouldnt wish them upon my worst enemy.
If you must use NCR, be prepared for every other "update" to be broken. I currently pay over $500/year to sometimes receive the info I need. What a joke.

I cant wait until NCR/Aloha/Radiant are a thing of the past. Constant headache!
Update 4/6/14:
It has been "down for maintenance" the past 48 hours. Rest assured their billing department is never "down for maintenance". What a joke. A whole weekend without receiving the data we pay a premium to receive.

Does not work with iOS 8. Please update ASAP.
Update 9/12/14:
I incorrectly thought it wasnt compatible with iOS 8 when in fact the servers were actually down. Giving 3 stars since it is compatible, but not any higher since the servers do go down on occasion.
Update 11/20/14:
Waiting for Touch ID to be implemented before giving another star. Please add ASAP.
