Useful but terrible

As my subject line says. This app could make my life a lot easier, but it doesnt. Since my job started using this software, it was supposed to make scheduling much easier, but its been nothing but a mess. I would love for it to work, but it doesnt right now and Id much rather go back to using paper schedules.
