Weird that it doesn’t already exist. Other than the actual service being spotty (hardly the fault of the app itself, which is well designed and offers key data points efficiently) it seems wild to me that there isn’t a native iPad version. My restaurant group utilizes Pulse for more than 30 restaurants, I imagine many of us would appreciate a turbo desktop worthy client for iPad. Thanks for the consideration.

No matter how much times i get sent a new password my work schedule will not load and i can’t request time off or anything it’s really nerve wrecking because the app DOESNT WORK!

Whoever decided purple was a good idea must have been someone young. The purple is TERRIBLE for people with vision problems! It’s extremely hard on the eyes for anyone over 40 which is most likely 50% of users! Please change the app back to green!

I have tried to view my schedule from my work here but it always says error no matter what.
Have been waiting years for a useful update to the feature set and alas they changed the color to purple! /sarcasm. Seriously lacking in advanced information and search queries
It’s crazy how simple of an app this is but yet it constantly bugs up and glitches. Whoever wrote this should be ashamed they didn’t get all thr bugs out by now. Constantly crashing, doesn’t work, just all around garbage.
1 month to find someone to help with the app. Being bounced from number to number and no help. Just a shame . Alpha should not use this .
You could give an undergrad five bucks and a Red Bull and he'd make a better app in a couple of hours
We use this app to oversee many different locations. Its getting outdated. Its not keeping up with the ever changing needs of restaurants. Please allow businesses to set up custom alerts so they could better monitor their day to day activity. Please..
Usually great, but currently needs an update!! The app doesn’t work at all right now.
The menu is confusing and not user friendly. Login is a complete pain in the neck. It simply doesn’t work at times.
This app is probably by far one of the worst I’ve seen. It needs a major revamp between it freezing, randomly shutting down. 0/10 would not recommend
I log in and it shows I’m logged but when I go to my schedule I keep getting an error message. Stating an exception occurred while logging in, please contact the system administrator. I have removed pulse and reinstalled it and it continues to say same thing.
This app used to be good but recently it’s been horrible and not accurate. For over 6 weeks it was down causing major problems in the restaurant. Since it’s come back, the data does not appear to be accurate and it loads when it won’t too plus the new feed never displays and data just shows red notification bubble.
After about 4pm sales stop loading. Live sales is such a useful tool IF IT WORKS.
This app has not been working for weeks! I am unable to see my schedule and have to wait until last minute to see when I work. Forget about asking for time off. This has been stressful and I wish my employer would use something different.
App has been down for weeks now, and seems like the company is dead and doesn’t have anyone to fix it. I’m glad honestly, it doesn’t work for me or half my coworkers anyways. Hopefully the app doesn’t ever chug back to life so corporate finally moves on and chooses an app that actually has actual staff behind it and fixing it when it breaks and not a shell of a dying company.
I truly didn’t think such an incompetent app existed. This app was formatted for an iPhone 4 and has received zero meaningful updates since that phone was released. Schedules load 25% of the time if you’re lucky, and some buttons just don’t work. The fact that multiple multi-million dollar companies use this app is legitimately sickening and my heart goes out to every poor soul like myself who is forced to use this low effort, outdated app because their company doesn’t want to pay an extra $10 a month to 7shifts, where they actually know how to run an app. Please hire real app developers not contractors from fiverr.

This is a really good app to use to check my work schedule but for the past couple days it has not been working and letting me see my schedule. Has this been happening to anyone else?
Horribly inconvenient in every-way possible, insanely glitchy, and majorly broken. always give me some error message when I try to log in and I’ll have to do it like three times for it to actually work. I use this app to see my schedule and now the entire app is down for probably everyone using it right now. No one where I work can see there schedule right now because of the developer’s incompetence. In addition i used to be able to see when I was scheduled to get out, now it just shows me when I’m supposed to show up, making this app completely and utterly useless after my first day of work, when I go and print out my schedule for the week. if it wasn’t for the single day of work after my days off when I don’t know when I’ll need to come in,I’d delete this app. i also was just made aware that I was supposed to be getting a email of my schedule from pulse every week,which I’ve not received a single one of.I don’t know what’s going on with the development of this app, but it would be nice to actually known when I’m supposed to come in and out of work.the entire reason I have this stupid app In the first place.
When trying to get real time updates, the app tends to slow down or fail completely during peak evening hours. NCR has multiple capabilities, applications, and programs, but it seems like they can’t keep up with everything they created or manage.
Actual iPad version would be nice.

Newest headache. Can’t add Team member pictures. With a team of over 70+ on a busy shift, remembering everyone can get confusing.
This thing barely loads half of the time. Not to mention it doesn’t really show other people when you post a shift. I can’t see my coworker’s shift and she needs me to take it. This app is way too buggy
Ever since the last update I click to view sales by the hour and it crashes the app. Works fine on my computer through BlueStacks (android emulator). Please fix this!
This app is absolutely terrible. I have never ONCE opened it and had it work properly. It takes several minutes and countless attempts each time I want to do the simplest tasks such as check my schedule. Zero stars isn’t low enough, I would rate it -4 if possible
Every time I try to view sales by hour, the app closes.
Real time always has issues. Kicks you out when trying to view the “hourly” portion of sales. Freezes, often has other glitches as well. This app is always behind on updates and never seems to be able to get things right.

I just started working and my manager told me to get this app so I can view my schedule. I do so and they told me I would have to click “trouble signing in” so I can have the app send me a email so I can reset my password and login into the app. I’ve tried this and I haven’t received an email and my manager is still having issues with getting me set up.
they don’t set reset password emails and support won’t help you. hopefully your work doesn’t have to use this app

Really frustrating when you get kicked out of the app every single time you put your phone down. It didn’t used to be like that. Now every time I open the app, even when it’s been running in the background, I have to put my login information in. Every. Single. Time. Please go back to what it used to be.
